At Chapaai By Vijay, it’s our constant endeavour to provide you with the best customer service possible each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the order for a refund.

At Chapaai By Vijay we have 7 days Return and exchange policy, it gives you an option to return items purchased from chapaaibyvijay.in for any reason within 7 days of receipt of the item.

GUIDELINES FOR A VALID RETURN:

  1. All product tags intact and in their original packaging
  2. Product must be unused
  3. Products must be in an unwashed and in undamaged condition

Please Note: For all claims related to receiving missing items or wrong product, we advise you to share a video evidence of unboxing and raise the issue within the 24 working hours from the date of delivery. We may not be able to entertain claims of missing product being received without a video proof of unboxing.

We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse and it passes our quality check.

Returns are done free of cost if wrong products, wrong sizes or damaged products are received by the customer. After receiving the returned product, we will do a quality check of the product at our end. If the picked-up product does not pass the quality check, we will ship it back to you.

In case the product has no defect and correct product was delivered, but you want to return it due to it not meets your expectation, you can return it, there will be a small fee will be charged to accommodate the shipping charges involved in return process.

  1. If you want to get a refund, Rs. 250/- will be charged per product.
  2. If you want to replace it with any other item, Rs. 150/- will be charged per product.

TO RETURN A PRODUCT TO US, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

  • Drop a whatsapp message on 8824257135 with your order number. Keep the item ready for pick up or ship it to us in case pickup service is not available at your location.
  • We offer pick-up facility for the address used while placing order.

Our courier partner will pick up the product from your doorstep. You will receive an SMS on the day of pick up.

FAILURE OF PRODUCT PICK-UP.

We make three attempts to pick up the item, if the item is not picked up in the third attempt, Pickup request will be marked as failed. In such cases you may send the return product at our address. For more details, please call our customer care no.: 8824257135

NOTE:

1) We will not be responsible if wrong product is handover by you to the delivery person at the time of pickup.

2) The customer needs to self-ship the goods from their side and we will reimburse the shipping costs (Max – Rs.100) if the pin code is non-serviceable for reverse pickup.
